Laying On of Hands
Each Sunday, following the main service there is the Laying on of Hands in the Chapel.
Candlelight Taize Services
All St. Matthew parishioners, family members and friends are warmly invited to attend a candlelight service of prayer and chant to be the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Chapel of the Church of St. Matthew. Taize is an ecumenical monastic community in France dedicated to spreading the message of peace and reconciliation among all people of the world. St. Matthew Chapter of Daughters of the King will sponsor this service as a way of carrying this Gospel message into our neighborhood. During the school year (September through June), on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays St. Matthew's Episcopal Day School welcomes you to participate in their morning chapel service. A brief 15 minute service with homily, its how our kids' start their morning - how about you?
